Most AI recruiting products are built by people who have never carried a requisition. This role exists so ours is not one of them. You are the person who says no recruiter would ever do that, before it ships.
Reviewing what the agent decides at each stage against what a good recruiter would actually do, and being specific about the gap.
Keeping the funnel numbers honest — reply rates, screen completion, and what really clears a submission bar for a given client.
Sitting in evaluations and onboarding as someone who has run a desk, which changes how the room listens.
Keeping the product honest about what it replaces and what it does not. Recruiters are the users, not the target.
Evidence over credentials. Having done something close to this and being able to explain the decisions you made counts for more than the title you held.
You have run or managed a recruiting desk — agency, staffing or RPO — and carried a number.
You know where the hours actually go and which ones you would give up first.
You can tell the difference between a metric that flatters a demo and one that survives a quarter.
You are more interested in building the thing than in defending how it used to be done.

No cover letter needed. We reply either way.
This is an open application, not an active search. We read every one and come back to strong applicants when a role opens. If you are currently running a desk and curious rather than looking, that is still worth a conversation.
We will run AriaScout against a live req from your desk and show you exactly what comes back — the candidates, the scoring rationale and the screening transcripts.
